Providing home/ kinder/ childcare/ school visits for children (birth to 6) with additional needs in the inner north west areas of Melbourne. Situated in Avondale Heights and able to provide visits Tuesdays or Thursdays.
Mobile, individualised service providing evidence based, family centred interventions for children with a range of disabilities and developmental delays, from mild to significant. No referral required or commitment to any set number of sessions. Happy to provide a one-off consultation, reviews as needed, or recurring sessions (1-2 hours weekly, fortnightly or monthly).
Holds current Working With Children Check, registered with AHPRA and covered by AON insurance.
Home visit
Visits to home setting to work with children in their natural environments.
Coaching with parents and caregivers to provide and develop strategies which can be used throughout the day and week to maximise outcomes for developmental progression.
Using a child's own toys and interests, activities can be replicated by caregivers.
Problem solving around access and promoting independence in daily life.
Childcare/ Kinder visits
Visits to childcare, kinder or school settings to work with staff to develop strategies to maximise participation in educational activities.
Community visits
On an as-needed basis, visits to community settings, such as playgroups, shopping centre, library, park, etc to work with parent or caregiver to develop strategies to optimise engagement and participation in these settings.
$193.99 per hour for all visit time. $193.99 per hour for travel, capped at half an hour, charged one way for each visit.
$193.99 per hour for writing reports for NDIS or assessment reports. Self managed or Plan managed NDIS packages only.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to appointment time will be charged full visit fee.
